Saturday Daytime
Rising Sun Arts Centre

Tasters at RSX 2016

We’re back at the Rising Sun Arts Centre, which will serve once again as the RSX Basecamp. A range of Saturday daytime activities, which will be confirmed soon, will either take place inside the RSAC or depart from and return to the RSAC.

Just a short walk from Reading Town Centre, RSAC is a vibrant independent arts centre started as a squat, created by a group of intrepid artists who saw a need for ground-level arts development, for and by, the people of Reading. The Centre gained charity status in the mid-90s and has been at the heart of Reading’s cultural life ever since. RSAC is currently home to both Reading Swing Jam’s weekly Solo Jazz classes and Balboa Mondays, and we’re thrilled to be supporting the unique venue once again.

As an added bonus, we’ve got Hardcastle Hall at the Abbey School, just around the corner, as the venue for the dance tasters so there’ll be plenty of room for everyone who wants to get involved!
